FAQ

What is Permanent Makeup?
Permanent Makeup is micropigmentation of the skin. It is also called Cosmetic Tattooing, Permanent Cosmetics and Dermapigmentation. It is a process where cosmetic pigments are precisely placed in the dermal layer of the skin. Approved anesthetics are used throughout the treatment for comfort. Clean technique is utilized, all contact materials are single use and disposable. The most sophisticated equipment is used. The use of first class pigments allows for beautiful custom tints and shades, soft, natural looking,  permanent makeup.

Why should I get Permanent Makeup?
· Look flawless 24/7· Get and go anywhere feeling confident that you don’t look washed out
· It won’t rub off· Replace space or over plucked eyebrows
· Have symmetry and desired design all the time
· Easy maintenance
· Allergic to over the counter makeup

Who will not be able to get Permanent Makeup?
· Anyone under the age of 18 years old
· Pregnant or nursing (6 months post delivery or nursing)
· If you have eyebrow transplants
· Eczema or Dermatitis on or around the procedure site
· Someone taking any form of anti– rejection medication
· Tan (30 days before or after)

Can I have the procedure if I am using Retin A or other anti aging agents?
Retin A makes the skin replenish itself making it thinner and bleed easily , thereby reject pigment. You should stop taking Retin A 14 days prior to procedure if you’ve been taking it for less than a year. If you’ve been using Retin A for more than a year, stop using Retin A 30 days prior to your procedure. You can go back to using Retin A after procedure, just be sure to keep about a half inch away from the procedure site as it can lead to premature fading. Retin A and other anti aging creams or serums will fade your Permanent makeup causing more frequent touchups.

Yes, but this is a tattoo, tattoo removal is time consuming and can be expensive.
